Open the demo in a new tabThe ZAP Grant Tracker is a grant pipeline app built for Zero Abuse Project. It shows the whole pipeline at a glance and can regroup it by priority, with every grant scored automatically. Flagging a new opportunity takes seconds: paste in an RFP or upload a PDF and AI fills in the form for someone to review. Each grant gets a ZAP Fit Assessment with a score out of 100, a recommended decision, and plain-language notes on mission fit, capacity, and eligibility.
Grant work was spread across inboxes, spreadsheets, and memory. It was hard to see which opportunities deserved attention first, who owned which task, which deadlines were coming, and which grants had quietly stalled.
We built one app that holds the full grant lifecycle: AI-assisted intake and Quick Assess scoring, a side-by-side decision matrix, a grant calendar that pulls every date into one list, Team Tasks by person, Stalled Grants alerts, on-demand AI pipeline briefings, Finance Review, and a reporting tracker that watches compliance after the award, plus an activity log and search across the team's shared Drive templates.
