Terms of Service.

Lilac Productions LLC, doing business as Lilac Creative ("Lilac Creative", "we", "us"), is a Missouri limited liability company based in Nixa, Missouri. We provide AI strategy, training, digital design, and the Lilac Academy learning community for mission-driven organizations. Contact: contact@lilaccreative.io.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from your organization) to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the community.

Use the platform respectfully. Don't post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content; don't scrape or resell our materials; don't attempt to break security or interfere with the service; don't use AI tools provided in the hub to generate content that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.

Free memberships are available at no cost. Paid memberships and one-time purchases (courses, toolkits, services) are billed through Stripe in USD. Prices are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account or by emailing us.

Refunds: paid memberships are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of any course. Service engagements follow the refund terms in the signed statement of work.

All courses, lessons, resources, illustrations, and written content are © Lilac Productions LLC unless otherwise noted. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use materials for their own learning and the work of their organization. You may not redistribute, resell, or use materials to train AI models without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you post (discussions, reflections, profile info). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform and, where you've explicitly opted in, on public pages.

Some features (Ask Lilac, knowledge checks, lesson intros, newsletter drafting) use third-party AI models — Google Gemini models accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway. Outputs are generated and may be inaccurate — always verify before relying on them for important decisions. Don't paste confidential third-party information into AI prompts. Read Aloud uses your own browser's built-in text-to-speech; no audio vendor is involved.

We rely on subprocessors including Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, and email delivery), Stripe (payments), the Lovable AI Gateway with Google Gemini models (AI), YouTube/Google (embedded video), Google Search Console (aggregate search statistics), and Firecrawl (admin-side web page retrieval). Site analytics are first-party and stored in our own database. Their terms govern features they provide. See our Data Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or that the service will meet a specific business outcome. Educational content is general information, not legal, financial, or compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilac Creative's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Canceling a paid plan stops future billing. Paid-content access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation does not close your account and does not delete your data — your profile, progress, and free access remain.

Closing your account is a separate action that ends your access to the member hub. Deleting your data is a further, separate request you can make at any time; we complete it within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records, are retained for as long as the law requires. See the Data Policy.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

We'll update this page when terms change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Nixa, Missouri.
