ZAP Flow — streamlining operations for greater impact.
Internal management system automating client engagement, proposals, and contracts.

The ZAP Flow application is a comprehensive internal management system designed for the Zero Abuse Project (ZAP). Its primary purpose is to streamline the entire client engagement and document generation lifecycle, from initial training requests to final contracts and invoices. It centralizes client data, automates proposal and agreement creation with professional branding, manages a catalog of training programs and trainer pricing, and offers an AI assistant for quick insights and content generation. The application acts as a central hub for managing crucial aspects of ZAP's training services, focusing on efficiency, consistency, and professional presentation. It aims to eliminate manual, error-prone processes by digitizing and automating document workflows, providing ZAP staff with a modern, intuitive, and responsive interface that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
ZAP managed dozens of trainings monthly across multiple programs. Processes were fragmented across Google Docs, email threads, and manual templates—causing inefficiency, missed follow-ups, and inconsistent data.
Built with Airtable, Base44, and automation layers, ZAP Flow centralizes client records, auto-generates branded documents, integrates pricing catalogs, provides instant analytics, and embeds an AI assistant for staff support.
